Documents required for recruitment Clearance
As per Labor Department rules and regulations now in force, employers are required to send the following documents which are absolutely necessary to obtain approval for requirement to anywhere in the world.
Agency Agreement (Specimens Appended)
Power of Attorney (Specimens Appended)
Demand Letters (Specimens Appended)
Respective company's individual contract agreement with Sri Lankan Workers.
Photocopy of Company's Commercial Registration (CR Copy)
Supplement to the above documents we require the forms to be provided, Power of Attorney, Demand letter a letter of authorization (English / Arabic Versions) duly attested by Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of foreign Affaires in Saudi Arabia in order to obtain Visa enquiry clearance from Saudi Consulate in Sri Lanka.

The person or persons required shall be for the post of or post as per demand letters & shall be designated as stated in the demand letters.
The duration of the contract shall be a period of two years and renewable by mutual agreement.
The person or persons engaged will be required to perform their relevant duties.
Working hours will be 8 for skilled categories per day & 48 working hours for a week. One off day per week for all workers.
Free return air ticket will be provided for all categories after completion of contract.
The Salary and allowance will be as stated in demand letters and letter of appointment.
Overtime will be paid for off duty hours & holidays.
Meals will be provided free of charge or meal allowances shall be paid.
Free Accommodation will be provided.
Medical facilities will be provided free of charge.
The Agent shall undertake to ensure that all applicants selected by the agent are eligible for the job & shall guaranteed for a period of 90 days from the date of departure from Sri Lanka.
The foreign principal shall be responsible for all the complaints made by the employees or their relations.
In case of death of the recruit during the contract period, the foreign principals shall agree to repatriation of the remains of the deceased along with the personal effects & saving at the expense of the foreign principals. Both in case of death, injury, compensation will be paid according to labour laws of the country.
POWER OF ATTORNEY FOR RECRUITMENT OF WORKERS FROM SRI LANKA
We hereby appoint M/s Rogers International (Pvt) Limited, holding labour license No. 909, to act on our behalf in selecting recruiting the workers.
We herby authorize Mr. Mohamed Akram of M/s Rogers International (Pvt) Limited No. 83, Maligakanda Road, Colombo -10, Sri Lanka to carry out all the necessary formalities in recruiting the candidates.
We kindly request you to assist Mr. Akram to furnish all necessary documentation required in recruiting the workers.
