Advertising for required workers, if not available in our data bank.
Screening & interviewing applicant with or without the client's representative.
Trade testing by recognized technical institutes.
Endorsement of visas from the respective Embassies ? Consultants.
Execution of employment contract on behalf of the employer.
Our procedure of recruitment is unique, as it is subject to three options in selecting manpower.
  
Option 1:
On behalf of the client, all selections / interviews will be conducted by Rogers International (Pvt) Ltd, to ensure deferment of the workers according to the clients specifications & standard requirements.
  
Option 2:
Rogers international (Pvt) Ltd., receipt of the demand letter will advertise in the leading newspapers of Sri Lanka. Bio-data's will be screened and submitted for client's selection. Only the selected candidates will be produced for deployments.
  
Option 3:
Rogers International (Pvt) Ltd, will conduct basic screening of the Bio-datas. The pre-selected candidates will be presented to the client's principal / visiting Sri Lanka for final selection.
